SECTION I: SALES POLICY AND PURCHASE PROCESS

1. Online Purchase Process

  1. Explore our catalog and select your preferred floral arrangement.

  2. Click on "Add to Bag". You may continue browsing or select "Checkout".

  3. Fill out the form with your contact details and the recipient's exact address.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order.

  5. You will immediately receive an email with your order confirmation and order number.

2. Payment Methods

  • Credit / Debit Card and PayPal: Encrypted and secure digital processing on the website.

  • Remote Payment Request: If you prefer paying by card outside the platform, we can send a digital payment link to your email or WhatsApp.

  • Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer: Once payment is made, please send your receipt to hola@ederfloresluxuryflowers.com or our official WhatsApp to process your order.

SECTION II: BUSINESS HOURS AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. Customer Service Hours (Office & Store)

  • VERSALLES:

    Monday to Friday: 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. (Central Mexico Time)

    Saturdays: 09:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.

    Sundays: Closed.

  • AVIDA MARKET:

    Sunday to Friday: 01:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m. (Central Mexico Time)

    Saturdays: 02:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

2. Delivery Hours for Floral Arrangements

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

  • Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.

    Delivery timeframes are approximate due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or road conditions. For deliveries outside these hours or urgent requests, prior confirmation of availability is required and special fees apply.

3. Shipping Rates and Advance Notice Required

(Starting rates, applicable during standard delivery hours with a minimum purchase of $500.00 MXN):

  • Puerto Vallarta (Urban / Local Zone): starting at $75.00 MXN (store surroundings).

  • Nuevo Vallarta / Riviera Nayarit: starting at $450.00 MXN.

  • National Shipping (Mexico): starting at $650.00 MXN (Order at least 48 hours in advance).

  • International Shipping: starting at $1,000.00 MXN (Order at least 72 hours in advance).

4. Same-Day Deliveries

For same-day deliveries, purchases must be confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the following business day.

5. Recipient Absence

If the recipient is not at the location, the arrangement will be handed to a family member, receptionist, security guard, or available neighbor. If delivery is impossible, the arrangement will return to our studio and an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

SECTION III: WARRANTY, SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELATIONS

  • Floral Substitution & Availability: Working with natural and perishable flowers, varieties, shades, or vases/containers may vary depending on seasonal availability, always guaranteeing equal aesthetic and economic value under our signature design.

    • If you require a specific flower or color shade, please place your order at least 1 day in advance.

    • If the requested flower color is unavailable, it will be substituted with equivalent flowers in color, shape, and premium quality.

  • Complementary Products: Plush toys, balloons, and chocolates are subject to stock availability.

  • Pricing: All prices are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and do not include VAT (IVA).

  • High-Demand Dates (February 14th, Mother's Day, etc.): Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. Deliveries will be completed within the day's timeframe without a fixed delivery hour.

  • Cancelations: Cancelations and refunds are not accepted on perishable items or orders that have already been designed/processed. Date changes are not permitted once the arrangement has been prepared.

  • Quality Claims: Any quality concerns must be reported in writing within the first 24 hours post-delivery with a photograph to ederflorespv@hotmail.com or via our official WhatsApp.
